Regular sessions are great for clients who are wanting coaching 1-3 times per week.
Investment:
One session per week - $59 per session
Two sessions per week - $55 per session
Three sessions per week - $48 per session

Private coaching session for you and a friend. Get the benefits of a one-on-one coaching session, whilst having the extra accountability and fun of training with a friend! Duo session packs are great for people who are ready to commit to consistency it takes to make progress - together!

A casual once-off session. Clients generally choose this option if they need a training programme to do by themselves and guidance in the right direction for a couple weeks.
A casual session is a good option if you’re mainly going to be training by yourself in your own time, but need a little extra accountability & a programme update every few weeks.

About us
Hi, I’m Johanne, owner, founder and head coach of In Strength Fitness.
I started my journey in personal training at 17, with a passion for helping people become healthy, strong, and more confident in themselves. In 2021, that passion grew into In Strength Fitness.
In 2022, I had my first baby. Becoming a mother shifted everything for me. Health and fitness became about so much more than aesthetics - it became about how I felt, supporting my mental wellbeing, and building a strong, capable body for life.
Through this pivotal time in my life - my second pregnancy and postpartum experience, and training many of my female clients, I developed a deeper understanding of the female body and how our training should reflect our unique needs. Our hormones, lifestyle, sleep, and life stages - from pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause and menopause - all matter.
In Strength Fitness is more than just a gym.
It’s a space for coaching, education, and genuine support - where women are seen as individuals and guided to build strength in a way that supports their life.
Because real strength isn’t about perfection -
it’s about feeling strong, capable, and at home in your body.
